The mourning party of a high school environmental science teacher is at the Wild Frog Eatery, a jungle-themed restaurant featuring animatronic animals, for a will reading. Morgan, her daughter, is a congresswoman, which means tensions are high as the At Any Cost Bill, legislation promoting a full commitment to halting climate change by any means necessary, is to be placed in front of Congress in the coming days. Things become complicated when an animatronic animal begins talking directly to Morgan and her brother Mike, promising hope at the end of the will. Last Will and Testament and Other Wild Frog Facts deals with the process of grieving, both family, habitat, and hopes for the goodness of humankind.
